Returns is a scheme provided by Punctual Kart to all valuable customers.
In this section, any customer can get his / her full refund in returning the product.
Do read all the details which can help you to understand the policy:-
- Return is only allowed and can be raised within 7 days after the receiving the product only.
- Once return request is raised then pick up will be done only after telephonic discussion and confirmation only, and request should be genuine only.
- Refund will be raised within 7 working days only after receiving the product by Punctual Kart.
- Returned product should not be opened and condition must be good to resale only.
- In full refund – courier cost will be deducted for both delivery and return the product.
